Internal transfer of 15 PIs in Surat: 12 new officers appointed in important branches like cyber crime, traffic and women police

Extensive transfer orders have been issued by the Commissioner of Police with a view to make the administration more robust and efficient in Surat City Police Department. As many as 15 police inspectors, who have been working at the same place for a long time, have been transferred internally. Apart from this, 12 new officers who have been transferred from other districts and ranges of the state have also been given charge of important police stations and branches with immediate effect. Administrative Process and Purpose of New Appointments Following this decision of the police commissioner, many police stations in Surat will now have new faces in the administration. Efforts have been made to make the work more dynamic and result-oriented by appointing especially in important branches like cyber crime, traffic and Mahila Police Station. All transferred officers have been directed to assume their new charge with immediate effect so that law and order situation is maintained. Posting of officers from other districts In the list of officers from outside, R.A. from Panchmahal. Jadeja was arrested by K.G. Jadeja from Salabatpura and Kheda-Nadiad. Desai has been given charge of Bhestan police station. S.D. from Vadodara city. Ratada will now take charge of the Adajan area, while A.R. Rahwa, who hails from Dang-Ahwa, will take command. He has been lodged at the Chowk Bazar police station. D.S. from Navsari Korat has been given charge of Sarthana police station. Bharatiben P. from Western Railway. Yuvraj Singh S. from the Panchmahal range and Yuvraj Singh from the Panchmahal range. Sisodia has been appointed in the cyber crime department. Entry of Experienced Officers in Special Branches Smitaben N. from Rajkot. Rathod was taken to the control room and VD from Kheda-Nadiad. Mandora has been posted in cyber crime. D.J. from Junagadh P.A. from Jhalan Traffic Branch, Valsad. Bhavnaben L. from Limbayat and Vadodara. Mehria has been given the charge of Mahila Police Station (Sector-1). These appointments are expected to further strengthen the traffic system and women safety aspects of the city. Details of internal exchanges of 15 PIs of the city Among the transfers within the city, Sheetal Shah was transferred from Pal to Ichhapore and B.A. Bhatt has been posted from Mahila police station to Pal police station. Special Branch D.U. Bard has been admitted to Mahidharpura and SOG's T.B. Pandya has been given the charge of Rander police station. J.H. Zambare has been nominated from Udhna-2 to Althan and B.B. Parmar has been shifted from Sachin GIDC to Jahangirpura police station. Among the women officers, Minaba Zala has been given charge of Laskana police station. Public Safety and New Strategy J.N. Bharwad of Khatodara and M.V. Patel has been transferred to Dumas police station. H B Patel will now take charge of the Ashwini Kumar police station. V.B. Gohil was removed from traffic to Godadara and J.A. Rathwa has been lodged at Vesu police station from Umra. R.M. Thakor to Udhna and H.J. Solanki has been given charge of Lalgate police station. M.R. Solanki has been given the charge of Kapodra-I PI. These changes are expected to bring in new methods and efficiency in policing at the local level.
