A 47-year-old tailor in Surat has been arrested by Puna police for allegedly raping a 21-year-old woman from his housing society. The accused, exploiting her friendship with another man, blackmailed her into a physical relationship. He allegedly raped her on the building's terrace and in the security room, threatening to defame her if she resisted.
