Surat News: Four women and a child die in a massive fire in Surat house

Surat: Five people were killed in a house fire in Surat.   The incident took place in the Limbayat area of Surat.   The fire broke out in the house due to a short circuit near Mithi Creek. Four women and a child died due to suffocation due to smoke. All five people could not get out due to the smoke from the fire

house. A fire and ambulance team rushed to the spot as soon as the incident was reported. The fire team doused the fire with continuous water cannons. Rescue workers were also injured in the incident><

This house was used to pack sarees. Inside the building, sarees and foam material used for packing were kept. Preliminary investigations have revealed that the fire is suspected to have been caused by an electric switchboard.   Heavy smoke was caused by the chemicals in the foam.

People in the house were suffocated and could not get out

The smoke suffocated the people in the house and could not come out. Four women and a small child were killed in the accident. The fire spread so fast that there was no time for rescue. As soon as the incident was reported, the fire department and ambulance team immediately reached the spot and carried out rescue operations. The injured were rushed to the hospital, some of whom are said to be in critical condition
