Surat Corporation : The BJP rulers of Surat Municipal Corporation have reached a training camp in Manali, but teams of other municipal corporations of the country are coming to Surat to get information. A few days ago, the Mayor of Jaipur visited Surat, after which a team including the Chandigarh Municipal Commissioner has now come to visit the Surat Municipality. The Chandigarh team has been visiting various projects in Surat over the course of two days and getting information about the significant achievements of development works including sources of income of Surat Municipal Corporation.
For the last two years, Surat city is ahead of other cities in the entire country in the cleanliness survey. This year, The Surat Municipal Corporation has also overtaken Indore city in various parameters and has been at number one position.
