District BJP's census process complete: BJP contenders for local body polls, a total of 1294 grooms in the fray

Keeping in view the upcoming local body elections, the process of taking 'sense' of candidates by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) lasted for two days, in this process, a large number of workers have filed their nominations for the seats of Zilla Panchayat, Taluka Panchayat and Municipality, in which a total of 1294 workers have expressed their willingness to contest the elections, a total of 913 workers are in the fray for 210 seats of Bhavnagar Taluka Panchayat. A total of 381 workers are in the fray for 40 seats of Zilla Panchayat, while 377 workers have filed their nominations for 96 seats in 3 municipalities. On Wednesday and Thursday, Pradeep Parmar, Mahesh Patel and Pragnesh Brahmbhatt from Bhavnagar as observers and in Palitana district Dinesh Makwana, Nipa Patel and Paurav Patel listened to the party workers claiming candidature. Thus, a total of 1294 candidates were shortlisted during the two days, after the completion of the census work, now a panel of names will be formed at the local level and sent to the state BJP, after which the final decision for the ticket will be taken by the high command, which worker's luck will open and who will get the ticket, now all will be on everyone's meet.
