Vadodara: Police have arrested two absconding accused in a cheque return and alimony case.
Manish Lalubhai Gadhvi, a resident of Ajwarod Jai Yogeshwar Township, was sentenced to 7 months in jail by the court for failing to pay alimony . The court then issued a warrant against him as he was on the run. Meanwhile, on the basis of information received by the Bapod police, Manish Gadhvi was nabbed. In another case, the Kapurai police have nabbed the accused, Pratikkumar Vajesingh Rathwa (R/o Rajnagar, Dabhoi Road), who was absconding after serving a one-year jail term in a cheque return case.
