He was rushed to Gandhinagar Civil Hospital for treatment after the accident His father Jaharlal and younger brother Rahul rushed to the spot after receiving the news. It was then learned that Pinaki was shifted to Gandhinagar Civil Hospital by 108 ambulance. As soon as he reached the emergency ward of the hospital, the ground slipped from under his father's feet. Doctors declared Pinaki dead after an examination. A case of accident was registered and a postmortem was conducted on Pinaki's body. The body was then handed over to the family. The Dabhoda police have taken legal action on the basis of the father's complaint.
