Vadodara: In a shocking incident, a man attacked his wife, mother-in-law, father-in-law and brother-in-law with a slipper and threatened to kill him.
Kiran, a resident of Limda village in Waghodia taluka, has lodged a complaint at the police station against her husband Hemrajsinh Parmar, saying, "I got married to Hemrajsinh Parmar, a resident of Limda village, two months ago on my own free will, after which I went to live in my mother-in-law's house. At night, the husband came home with a bottle of liquor and did not let me drink it yesterday sitting in front of me, so I refused, saying that I have to sit in front of you today and drink it.
Later, there was a fight between the two of us and when the husband beat me, I escaped unhurt and informed my peer. At night, my father, mother and brother all came from Tarsali and scolded her husband, so the agitated husband also quarrelled with them and came out of the kitchen with a slipper and attacked my father Ratan Singh, brother Rajendra and mother and injured them. Following a complaint of the above details, the police have initiated action against Kayedsar.
