Vadodara: Five tempos, including table chairs, parked in front of food lorries, seized four trucks of goods

Vadodara: Four truckloads of goods, including five tempos parked in the green belt space, including table chairs kept in front of the lorries, have been seized by the civic body for proper parking of food lorries from Genda Circle to Gorwa Green Belt vegetable market in the western part of Vadodara city. The Sayajiganj MLA had also visited the spot in the pressure branch action carried out late at night.

According to the bmc, in the western part of the city, from Genda Circle to Gorwa Vegetable Market, to the greenbelt site, other lorries, including food lorries, are constantly standing from late in the evening to late night. While table chairs are also arranged by lorry holders to seat customers in front of these food lorries. As a result, the road becomes relatively narrow and there is a constant fear of accidents due to vehicular traffic so that all these food lorries were repeatedly instructed by the municipal administration to park the lorries properly and not to push the table chairs in front of the lorries.

Meanwhile, late last evening, a team of the pressure branch of the municipality started the operation in the area with the help of the police staff of Gorwa police station, including the pressure branch of the municipal system. Meanwhile, Sayaji Ganj MLA Keyur Cashia visited the spot today.

In the action taken by the pressure wing of the municipality, four truckloads of goods, including five illegally parked in the greenbelt space near the vegetable market, including table chairs set up in front of the eateries, were seized.
