Major changes in Valsad Zilla Panchayat: TDO's transfer order cancelled, new officers appointed

The Panchayat and Rural Development Department of the Government of Gujarat has made extensive changes in the cadre of Taluka Development Officer (TDO) in the state. The 12-page long notification has made significant changes to the administrative structure touching Valsad district. In which some of the earlier orders have been cancelled with 'original effect' and new officers have been appointed. Cancel and modify previous transfers The government has taken decisions modifying the earlier orders for administrative reasons: Rajendrakumar J. Parmar: The transfer from Vansda (Navsari) to Dharampur (Valsad) has been cancelled. He has now been posted at Mandvi (Surat). Krishnapal Makwana: Transfer from Dharampur (Valsad) to Mandvi (Surat) has been cancelled. He will continue his duty at Dharampur. New appointment with promotion Class-3 employees of the state service have been promoted to Class-2 and given important responsibility in Valsad district: Sandeep Kumar Bhagora: Promoted from Deputy Chitnis (Navsari) to become the new Taluka Development Officer (TDO) of Pardi (Valsad). Kailash Patel: Promoted from Deputy Chitnis (Patan) and posted as Assistant Planning Officer (Administration) in District Rural Development Agency, Vapi (Valsad). Other internal changes in the district The officers working in Valsad district have also been transferred elsewhere: Rajesh Dhangar: The TDO of Valsad has been sent to the district panchayat office, Surat as a chitnis-cum-taluka development officer. Karan Kumar Gohil: The TDO of Umargam has been transferred as Chitnis at the Zilla Panchayat Office, Valsad itself. The government has ordered all the promoted officers to appear at the new place with immediate effect. The changes are expected to increase efficiency in the administration of Valsad district.
