In Mehsana city, it has been planned to upgrade the equipment with necessary changes to solve the problem of underground sewage arising due to frequent faults in the pumping station. Two pumping stations in Catli Bagh, Kasba, Prakushnapara and JanataNagar will be restored at a cost of Rs 66 crore. Administrative approval has been taken by the municipality after getting tantric approval in this regard. Restoration work of these five pumping stations will be started in a month and a half. In the municipality, executive chairman Deepakbhai Patel discussed in detail with chief officer Darshansinh Chavda, engineer Jatinbhai Patel, etc. to solve the problem of stopping the pumping due to frequent burning of the motor in the pumping station in Catalibagh. Along with this, five pumping stations were covered in the planning. In which, especially in Cat Garden, it seems that the motor is burning at high voltage during the day, so it has been planned to install OLTC. The pumping station seems to be being affected in excess load from the grid as more power is generated in the solar during the day. However, installing an OLTC transformer that balances the load, unloading new motors in the pumping, changing the motorpump. It has been nine years since the Cat Bagh pumping station, which has been running since 2015, and now the restoration work is underway. Especially auto generating systems will be installed in pumping stations. While restoration work will be done with missing equipment in the pumping stations of pollution upazila, kasba, Janatanagar. It will cover panels, pipes, section boxes, valves, etc. Now after the administrative approval, the work order will be given from the tender and efforts are being made to complete this work in the next one and a half months.
