During this time, suddenly a Scorpio car from the wrong side rushed there at full speed and in a very reckless manner. The goons in this Scorpio car directly targeted Bhavesh's Fortuner car without any conversation. The attackers intentionally hit the Fortuner car 3 times in a row. Not stopping there, the men sitting in the Scorpio also fired 1 round from the weapon they had and then they fled from there taking advantage of the darkness

Fortunately, Bhavesh and his 2 accomplices were rescued in this fatal attack. Soon after the incident, the three men reached the B-Division police station in Mehsana to lodge a complaint with the intention of taking legal action against the attackers. However, after reaching the police station, the whole incident took a new turn. The police officers on duty became suspicious of their activities as the complainant Bhavesh Rabari himself had a criminal history

On the basis of this suspicion, the police took immediate action and conducted a thorough search of the trio and their Fortuner car. During the investigation, the police recovered 1 country-made revolver, 6 live cartridges and 1 deadly knife from inside their car. After the possession of illegal weapons was recovered from the persons who came to complain, the police registered a new case with immediate effect and detained the three persons, including Bhavesh

Subsequently, a special team of police along with Bhavesh Rabari reached the spot where the firing took place to trace the entire incident. A thorough investigation was carried out there with the help of the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) team.
