On the 68th foundation day of Kasturba Vikas Gruh in Jamnagar, the presence of Pu. MorariBapu

Jamnagar Kasturba Stri Vikas Gruh : The 68th year of establishment of Kasturba Stree Vikas Gruh was celebrated in a grand manner in Jamnagar today. World Non-Violence Day and Gandhi Jayanti were also celebrated on the occasion. Today, on Gandhi Jayanti on 2.10.2024, Kasturba Stree Vikas Gruh in Jamnagar celebrated the 68th anniversary of its establishment. Gandhi Jayanti and World Non-Violence Day are also being celebrated on this occasion. 

On this occasion, in the holy presence of renowned storyteller Morari Bapu, an Education Promotion Center shaped by the financial contribution of donors was inaugurated. Along with this, a program of greeting of donors and the release of the organization's mouthpiece 'Omtam' was also done. 

The event, held in the presence of Soniaben Gokani (former Chief Justice of Gujarat High Court), a resident of Jamnagar, was attended by Kasturba Stree Vikas Gruh President Dinaben Mehta, Hiraben Tanna and Honorary Minister Karshanbhai Dangar among others. Moraribapu praised the work of the institute while giving blessings on the occasion.

Kasturba Stree Vikas Griha has been sheltering orphans and women in Jamnagar for the last 68 years. This institution provides education, health and a cultured environment to the children. Today, the institute has achieved yet another new achievement, and in collaboration with donors, has inaugurated an Education Promotion Centre. More and more children will be able to get education through this center. Through this program, Kasturba Stree Vikas Griha has created a new history in the field of social service in Jamnagar.
