Vadodara: Women writers from Meghalaya, Maharashtra, Goa, Telangana, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan participated in the national convention of Hindi language women litterateurs in Vadodara recently.
Speaking on the theme of the conference titled 'Broken Families – Cause and Prevention', Geetanjali Chatterjee, a woman litterateur from Vadodara, said, "Society is changing rapidly. People are running out of stamina. In such a situation, there is no such complex problem as maintaining a relationship. You understand that relationships are like pickles. It has all the flavors of sour, sweet, tura, pungent, salty. In order to preserve the flat pickle for a long time, it has to be kept in the open air and in the harsh sun from time to time, otherwise it becomes foggy. In that way, if the relationship feels the open air of understanding, affection and dedication and the heat of difficult times, then it can last for a long time. Selfish fung destroys relationships."
