As he walked into the information commissioner's court at the collector's office through video conferencing on November, the public information officer (invigilator) of the pro-education committee defended that he was in charge. In addition to the inspector, the court pulled up the first appellate officer (governor), saying, "To be in charge is only if it has been accepted, so there is a responsibility as a public information officer." By not giving information, not replying and not hearing, it has violated the right to information act- 2005. This act deserves fine and punishment. The court ordered that the applicant should give all the information sought to the teacher free of cost and if he is found to be dissatisfied, the applicant can re-open the case.
