Good news for WhatsApp and Telegram users! The government has given this big relief
Sim Binding Timeline: The Government of India has given great relief to people using other messaging apps including WhatsApp and Telegram. Actually, the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has extended the deadline of SIM binding for messaging apps like WhatsApp and Telegram etc.
Sim Binding?
SIM binding means that messaging apps can only be accessed on the device that has the same SIM from which the registration was made on that platform. If that SIM is removed from that device, becomes inactive or another SIM is inserted in it, then the app will automatically log out of the user.
