- Cheated by luring him with high rent in a cement factory
Surendranagar: A case of cheating and breach of trust was registered against a man in Surendranagar district after he fled with five Eco cars on the pretext of paying high rent to a cement factory.
Moin Iqbalbhai Kazi, a resident of Krishnanagar in Surendranagar, first took Akbarbhai Hasanbhai and his son Imtiaz alias Altaf Ghulamhussain Mover, a resident of Khatdiwad, into confidence and lured him to pay a rent of Rs. 22,000 per month if his Eco car was parked in vardhi in the cement factory.
Imtiaz bhai was given the first rent advance. Out of this, he paid the installment of the car in Mahindra Finance. The same evening, i got a call from Mahindra Finance Company that even though the installments of your car are still going on, you have to send a wrong NOC to sell the car. It's removed. So he said that no NOC has been issued and the car has been rented in the cement factory.
Therefore, he asked Moinbhai to return the car from the finance company, asking him to get the car back. Moinbhai had promised to get the car back and one day he fled and his mobile number was also switched off.
During investigation, Imtiazbhai found that Apart from him and Akbarbhai, Moin had also cheated Sattar Mushtaqbhai Bhatti, Sidiq alias Habib Jusabbhai Movar, Rafiq Karimbhai Paredi, and Imran Wasimbhai Chauhan in a similar manner and took away their Eco car.
So he lodged a complaint against Moin Iqbalbhai Kazi at Surendranagar City Division Police and the police registered a case and started the investigation.
