Rajkot: On the one hand, there are active workers in the society with a simple lifestyle in the BJP and on the other hand, there are leaders who have established dominance in the party and thus come into politics as citizens and then turn into crores and billions. Leaders who have made full use of the position in the past have now become rich and powerful, whose card cutting has caused a huge uproar in the party and the way the party is under intense pressure with various arguments for the ticket, there is a possibility of changing the standards of the BJP.
The names of leaders including the mayor and chairman of the Rajkot Municipal Corporation have also been finalized, although the official list has not been announced till tonight. Many influential and wealthy former office-bearers have put forth their names in the party, if not themselves.
