The complainant has been running a fabrication factory for the last 25 years Nikunj Chhaganbhai Vora, a resident of Harmoni Exotica near Jivraj Park near Mavdi police head quarters in Rajkot city, lodged a complaint against Rohit Shantilal Kakania and his wife Prafulla Rohit Kakania, residents of Asopalav Green Apartment on Sadhuvaswani Road. In the complaint, he said that since he has agricultural land in his father's name at Paddhari, he has been running a fabrication factory named Apeksha Industries for the last 15 years by renting a place from Arjanbhai Sabhaya in Mavdi along with farming. Arjunbhai's son Bhaveshbhai would often come to sit in the factory, through which he was introduced to his friend Rohit. The accused lured him with good returns and asked him to invest the money. At that time, Rohit said that he himself owns an office in the name of Universal Trading Company in Dekara Building on Nanamwa Road and the company invests in different places abroad, in which the returns are also good. If you invest with us, you will be given a return of 20% per month and foreign tours will also be done. The accused Rohit then told him that he was a capital money market business and would give him good returns by investing in it. In which he was also told that he had a contact with Sushil Moser of Dubai and that he was staying in Dubai for a long time. Apart from this, he also said to have an office in Pune in Maharashtra, so that he sent the details of the company on mobile. Bhaveshbhai also said that he had been investing for the last two years. The complainant invested Rs 10.41 crore tukde-tukde He had invested in his words. It also had monthly returns, so that he invested a total of Rs 10.41 crore in cash as well as online and through cheques. In the initial days, regular returns were given, but for the last six-seven months, compensation was not given. In which the payment has been stopped as elections are going on in Maharashtra for the first time, returns as well as investment will be returned after the elections. Even after this, he also switched off the phone saying that the compensation had not been paid from Dubai. The police have registered a case and arrested the accused Rohit Kakania and his wife Prafulla Kakania and initiated legal proceedings. Appeal to the victims of the couple to complain Action is also being taken to record the statement of the complainant as well as his relatives and relatives after the police investigation revealed that he had invested in the case. Apart from this, an appeal has been made to contact the Economic Offences Prevention Branch at Rajkot Crime Branch if any other person has been cheated by the couple by luring them with high returns. Police suspect that the couple cheated other people as well. It is to be noted that during the last two-and-a-half years, the accused is suspected to have cheated many people by luring them with higher returns in this way. For this, the police have now started further investigation in that direction as well. In which how many more people have been lured and given money by the accused and where have they been invested?
