Under the Prime Minister's TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan 2025 in Garbada taluka of Dahod district, ONGC company has distributed nutrition kits to TB patients by becoming a nikshay mitra. The event was held at various primary health centres in Garbada taluka. The event was organised under the guidance of chief district health officer and district tuberculosis officer. Nutrition kits were distributed to 36 patients in primary health centre Panchwada, 33 in Jambuwa, 26 in Zaribuzarg, 24 in Gangardi, 38 in Patia and 50 in Abhlod. Thus, a total of 239 TB patients have benefited from this kit. Items like rice, tur dal, oil, wheat flour, protein powder, moong, moong dal, jaggery, dates and gram were provided in the nutrition kit. The main purpose of this kit is to provide nutrition to patients suffering from TB so that they can recover faster. The event was attended by ONGC HR Manager Arun Prabhat, company's HR executive Jitendra Lalwani and Primary Health Centre's Medical Officer Dr. Harsh Bhura (Panchwada), Dr. Rumika Panchal (Jambuwa), Dr. Bhargav Rose (Zaribuzarg), Dr. Durga Basmeet (Patia), Taluka TB Supervisor Bhavesh Ninama, Supervisor of Primary Health Centre, ASHA sisters and TB patients were present.
