The builder of Vadodara, Tarsali took the money and gave it to the bank. He then sold the flats to others. The police are yet to nab the builder involved in the crime.
Sandeepbhai Somabhai Patel, a resident of Shivam Flat near Tulsidham Road in Manjalpur, is a resident of Warkhad village in Narmada district and works in agriculture there. He lodged a complaint at Makarpura police station on March 17 alleging that Jatinbhai Shantilal Pancholi (R/o Sevasi, Dada Bhagwan Trimandir Varnama and Megh Dhanush Apartments, Agrasen near Surat), the proprietor of a scheme named 'Samarpan' built by a developer in Tarsali area, had taken Rs 15,000 crore from him and his sister-in-law .
