Even after that, if the stall or plot remains empty, then the attention of the people will be attracted through different types of cultural activities and musical events in that place. Aghori Group, Aniruddha Ahir, Raju Jadav, Raj Gadhvi and Alpaben Patel will be present at the event. Apart from this, stalls will also be allotted to social organizations. The name of the lok mela will be announced in two days.

On crowd control, he said that space will be kept between the stalls and plots kept in the lok mela in such a way that in case of fire or any other kind of accidental incident, dedicated roads will be kept so that the fire brigade and 108 ambulances can reach there. At the same time, the CCTV will reveal that if more crowds have gathered at one time, then the entry of people at the entry gate will be stopped for some time and then the entry will be started again so that the safety of the people coming to the Lok Mela during the five-day fair is maintained. The underground cable will collapse, the PGVCL control room will be scrambled to ensure that the power flow continues unabated.
Preparations have been started for the five-day Lok Mela of Janmashtami to be organized at the Race Course Ground from August 14 by the Rajkot Collector's Administration and Lokmela Committee. Like every time, electricity will be supplied from 17 power transformers of 90 kW each in the Lok Mela this time too. In which power supply will be provided to lokmela from four feeders. At present, there are about 10 transformers available at the racecourse ground. While an additional seven transformers will be installed at the Tabadtob racecourse ground, underground cables will be laid for power connections in the lokmela. Work in this regard will be started in the next few days. Like every year, necessary planning has been made by the administration to make the fair attractive this year as well. For this, a total of 33 connections, including 17 of 90 kW, 1 of 50 kW, 5 of 10 kW and 10 of 5 kW, will be provided through a total of 33 connections. Apart from this, a special control room will be set up by PGVCL near the police head quarter as a precautionary measure in case of power failure or any emergency incident during the Lok Mela. Permission has been given to increase the ticket rate of Chakdol i.e. big mechanical ride from Rs. 45 to Rs. 50 in The Lok Mela of Janmashtami in Rajkot. Through the auction of 34 mechanical rides, the administration has earned Rs 1.32 crore and a total of Rs 1.80 crore. There will be a program of different artists for five days.
Aghori Group will be held on the 14th, Alpaben Patel on the 15th, Rajubhai Jadav on the 15th, Raj Gadhvi on the 17th and Anirudh Ahir on the 18th.
