Us President Donald Trump is upset with India for buying crude oil from Russia during the war with Ukraine. As part of his displeasure, he has also imposed a 25 per cent tariff and penalty on India. Ukraine has also pointed fingers at India in view of this support of the US. He has alleged that electronic components of Indian origin are being used in Iranian-designed drones used in the war by the Russian army. People familiar with the matter said Ukraine has formally taken up the issue with the Indian government and the European Union (EU) and claimed that electronic parts manufactured or assembled by Indian companies were found in Iranian-designed drones.
