Advice to the makers of TV's 'Hanuman' and 'Ramayana': Vindu Dara Singh says if the story is changed too much, people won't accept the film

Actor Vindu Dara Singh has reacted to Ranbir Kapoor's film 'Ramayan'. He said that the visuals of the film are superb, but if the story changes too much, the audience will not accept it. Vindu's father Dara Singh played the role of Hanuman in Ramanand Sagar's serial 'Ramayan' (1987). In a conversation with DNA, Bindu said about the film Ramayana, "It looks very cool, very beautiful, but there is a strict rule. The Ramayana written by Ramanand Sagar ji is completely embedded in the hearts and minds of all of us. It's the Ramayana historian, number one. If this film matches its level, it will be a superhit. It will prove to be a record-breaking hit. Vindu also said that if there are more changes in the story, such as in it he looks like dangerous (Asura), then if more is done up and down, people will not accept it. Praising the visuals of the film, Vindu said that Namit Malhotra knows how to present the visuals better and the special effects will be tremendous, but if he does not follow Sagar Saheb's Ramayana, it will create a big problem for him. He also said that for the people, the image of Arun Govil is still associated with Ram while his father Dara Singh is remembered as Hanuman. He said that now new actors are playing the same characters and Arun Govil is perfect for the role of Dashrath in the film. Vindu expressed hope that the film can be a success if the acting and presentation are right. New Ramayana is better than Adipurush Vindu Dara Singh said that based on what has been seen so far, the film looks better than Adipurush. He said that earlier Ramayana and Mahabharat serials have set a benchmark with which comparison is natural.
