EC Issued Order for Voter SIR In Bengal: After Bihar, the Election Commission has now started the process of SIR (Special Intensive Revision) in the list of voters in Bengal as well. The Election Commission has written a letter to the Chief Secretary of West Bengal informing about this. State Election Commission officials have been ordered to start the process of SIR on the voters' list. The work of revisiting the voter list in Bihar is in the final stages. The draft water list was released in the state on August 1 as part of the SIR process.
