The police stationed one bike in front of the car and the other in the back of the car to cordon off the vehicle. That's when sub-inspector R. Or. Vania identified himself and asked the driver of the car to get out of the car. Instead of stopping the car, the driver tried to run back and forth and smashed both the bikes of the police, causing injuries to two policemen. The police immediately dared to enter his car and stopped the car. When the police questioned the driver of the vehicle, his name was identified as Mohammad Hamza alias Mulla Jamaluddin Sheikh (resident of Al Saba Ramrahim Nagar, Calico Tekra Behrampura). Police recovered 58.100 grams of MD drugs worth Rs 5.81 lakh from him. The police took possession of it and arrested the paddler Mullah Sheikh and started the investigation. He confessed to bringing these drugs from Maqbool Khan Pathan. He further said that he had gone on a rampage of MD drugs. Now that he does not have money to do drugs, for two years, the MD has been selling drugs and taking commission. On the same day, a drug-peddler was also caught from Juhapura.
On August 2, the same day, a drug-peddler was also arrested from Juhapura. SoG Sub-Inspector K. V. Ravia and Inspector A.J. Chauhan had received information that Mohammad Shehzad alias Mohammad Hanif Mansoori, a resident of Mubarak Society near Juhapura SOG office, had brought a consignment of MD drugs for Vepla. Soon a team of sub-inspector Ravia was deployed on patrol in Juhapura. At this time the paddler Mohammad Shehzad left and the SOG picked him up. Police recovered 34.23 grams of MD drugs worth Rs 3.42 lakh from him. When he confessed to the police that he had brought the consignment of these drugs from Rahil of Relief Road, the police are now investigating Rahil.
