'Mera Yuva Bharat' and Sheth P.T. Singh under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India at Godhra. An event was organized under the "Workshop on Flagship Scheme" jointly organized by the College of Arts and Sciences. In this workshop, a large number of young brothers and sisters were informed about various schemes of the government. At the same time, an appeal was made to get the benefits of the schemes by registering the necessary information, Aadhaar proof as well as from the government website. The objective of the programme was to empower the youth economically and socially by making them aware of government schemes. The workshop was followed by a tree plantation programme on the college campus under the "Ek Pad Mein Ke Naam" campaign. The objective of the programme was to create awareness and accountability towards the environment among the younger generation. Lead District Manager S.K. Rao, Director, Baroda Self-Employment Institute Gayatri Sharma, NABARD District Development Manager Rajesh Bhonsle, District Industries Centre Godhra Assistant Commissioner Kartik Vasava and Industries Officer Lalit Jaju were present on the occasion. Apart from this, Sneha Gosavi from District Child Protection Unit Godhra, Vitthal Chormale, District Youth Officer of Mera Yuva Bharat Godhra as well as college professors Rupesh Nakar and Gautam Chauhan were also present on the occasion.
