Fact: Patel will still have to remain in jail: HC rejects regular bail plea, runs reckless Jaguar on ISKCON Bridge, crushes 9 people

The High Court has rejected the regular bail application of Satya Patel, an accused in jail in the ISKCONBRIDGE accident case. Earlier in May last year, the high court had granted four-day interim bail. Patel had again applied for bail for the treatment of his mother's illness, which was allowed by the High Court and ordered to leave at 6 am on May 26 and surrender at 09 pm on May 29. What is the whole incident? On the late night of July 19, 2023, i.e. on July 20, 9 people were killed when a Jaguar car rammed into people at ISKCON bridge in Ahmedabad city. The incident triggered a debate not only across Gujarat but across the country. After this, Satya Patel was admitted to Sabarmati Jail.
