Action: Police nabbed a gambler from Uwarsad

A team of LCB raided near Uwarsad Char Road in Gandhinagar and nabbed a gambler who was gambling in Worli Matka and a total of Rs 15,650 was seized from him. According to the information received, LCB PI H.P. Parmar's team was patrolling the area. Meanwhile, Vijaykumar Dayaram and Sajjadhussain Sabirhussain received information that a man was gambling on a mobile phone near Gabha Chowki on the road from Uwarsad to Sargasan. Following a tip-off, a police team raided the spot and nabbed jignesh alias Jigo Gafoorbhai Raval (resident of Ravalwas Uwarsad Gandhinagar), who was playing gambling, and mobile phones were seized from him. The names of as many as six customers were also recovered from the gambler who was gambling in Worli Matka and a case has been registered against them as well.
