Rising Cervical Cancer Cases in India: The steady rise in cases of cervical cancer has become a matter of concern. In India, a woman is diagnosed with cervical cancer every four minutes and one woman dies every seven minutes. This cancer is especially prevalent in women living in rural areas. 

Cancer can be prevented with simple treatment

According to doctors, the main cause of this cancer is the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), which is mainly spread through sexual contact.
