Vadodara: Teams of food safety officers of Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC) conducted checks at the units of six traders in view of the festival of Raksha Bandhan and took 10 samples.
Samples of kesari penda, kesari barfi, sabudana vada, faralipatra, copra patties, kajuvada, cutless were taken from the first sweet and farsan on Waghodia Road.
A sample of cashew nuts with silver leaf was taken from Mayur Sweet and Farsan in Gorwa.
