MPs in Rajya Sabha have submitted a fresh notice to the RS Secretary General seeking to move a motion for removal of CEC Gyanesh Kumar on the ground of “proven misbehaviour”. The opposition has levelled 9 new charges against Kumar in the notice, signed by “73” MPs.
