Vadodara: A youth living in Jagannath Complex near Wadi Geeta Mandir School committed suicide by hanging himself. It is being speculated  that the young man committed suicide due to being fed up with unemployment. According to police sources, 35-year-old  Jayendra Rajendrabhai Solanki, who lives in Jagannath Complex next to Wadi Geeta Mandir School, was not getting a job for some time. Yesterday, his wife went to the pier . Despite repeated calls from his wife,  husband Jayendra did not receive the phone . So,  the wife came  back.

One killed as tempo rams into container parked on highway at night

Vadodara: A youth was killed when a tempo rammed into a container truck parked on the road between Tarsali Bridge and Kapurai Chowki on the Vadodara highway.Nilesh Natubhai Tadvi and his friend Tausif Shabbirbhai Rathod, both residents of Tadvi Phalia in Pahad village of Tilakwada taluka of Narmada district, had left Tarsali for Tilakwada last night with a small elephant tempo. Tausif was driving the tempo. Vadodara Corporation: There are 31 crematoriums in Vadodara city. The corporation is going to manage all these crematoriums through outsourcing by handing them over to private entities. The opposition Congress has opposed this, and is also going to submit a petition to the corporation on this issue this evening. Bomb threat to two schools in Vadodara in a single day, security agencies on alert

Bomb Blast Threat: Another school in Vadodara also received a bomb threat in the same day. A team of police and bomb squad is investigating the spot. One school after another in Vadodara is getting bomb threats but the police are yet to reach the threatening emailer. After receiving threats to the Reconstruction of Sama area as well as the Gujarat Refinery School, RDX has been installed in The Cygnus International School located on Harni Motnath Road this morning and there was a threat that there would be a blast anytime. So the school was dropped and nothing was found in the investigation.
