The district food department has busted a factory in Unjha city that was coating jaggery with jaggery, brown, black and green powder on fennel straw. A total of 13,258 kg loose quantity of suspected cumin worth Rs 7.29 lakh was seized from the factory. 4 samples including powder have been sent for testing.
