Gujju director Vikram Bhatt's FIR will not be cancelled!: Husband and wife have been in jail since December 7, says HC - cheating was done intentionally
Bollywood film Gujju director Vikram Bhatt and his wife are in jail in a multi-crore fraud case. Recently, a petition was filed to cancel the FIR against Vikram Bhatt and his wife, which has been rejected by the Rajasthan High Court. During the hearing of the petition in the Rajasthan High Court, Justice Sameer Jain refused to interfere in the matter and said that the case of fraud is not just a breach of contract but a deliberate fraud. The police investigation into the matter will continue. Vikram Bhatt's petition requested the cancellation of the FIR stating that the case was not criminal.
