EC extends Karnataka SIR by 10 days, plans weekend camps to help voters

The Election Commission has extended the voter roll revision by ten days until August eighth. Karnataka will now hold special assistance camps every weekend to speed up the process. Draft electoral rolls will be published on August seventeenth for claims and objections. Final rolls are scheduled for publication on October nineteenth after all processes. Voters abroad can apply for inclusion using Form Six after draft rolls are published.
