Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens’ Texas lakefront mansion is finally complete after years of planning, approvals and construction delays. The couple started designing the home in 2020 and finished it in November 2025. The reported $3 million property includes a private gym, pool, sports court, large kitchen, spa-style bathroom, laundry room and a dedicated space for their dogs.
