Basketball legend Wilt Chamberlain's Bel-Air mansion has sold for approximately $9.7 million. This sale concluded years of attempts to sell the property at a much lower price. The 9,395-square-foot home was originally commissioned by Chamberlain in 1971. After extensive renovations, the property was relisted multiple times with significant price cuts. The final sale price was nearly half of its highest asking price.
