The green procession of Girnar started at midnight with the sound of Jai Girnari - negligence of the system with the claim of not providing facilities.
The green parikrama of Girnar started with the sound of Jai Girnari, but since there was no arrangement on the road of parikrama, the devotees who were performing the parikrama left the parikrama incomplete and left for their home and homeland, taking the parikrama with them. Frequent rules and decisions were changed and chaos ensued, with about 40,000 devotees performing the ritual till last evening and still a large number of devotees in the foothills of Girnar. The green parikrama of Girnar was auspiciously started from midnight on the day of Dev Uthi Agiyaras. The green circuit of Girnar is 36 kms and in these 36 kms there are 4 camping and resting places, in which the first camp is Jinabawa Madhi, the second camp is Malvelani Ghodi, the third camp is Bordev.
