A case has been registered against the driver of the truck 25 days after the car rammed into the back of a truck parked between Kukma and Sheikhpir roads in the taluka. However, before the accident, a video of the deceased had also gone viral in which he said that he was going to commit suicide after getting tired of being tortured by some people. However, now the son of the deceased has now taken a new turn in the matter by registering a case against the truck driver as it was not a suicide but an accident. According to the information received, the complainant Nikhilbhai Nareshbhai Chandnani of Gandhidham has registered a case against the driver of the accused truck number GJ12 AU 8227 at the Padar police station. According to the complainant, the incident took place on December 15 at around 4.55 pm. The complainant's 56-year-old father Nareshbhai Dharamdas alias Dharamdas was carrying Chandana's car number GJ12 CG 8191. Meanwhile, the driver of the accused truck had negligently parked his vehicle on a public road near Kukma. The complainant's father's car was hit behind and he died due to serious injuries. The Padar police have registered a case against the driver of the truck and are taking legal action. Before the accident, the deceased had made a video in a moving car and made it viral on social media in which he said that he was committing suicide due to the harassment of some people. The offence was delayed due to sexual acts
A complaint has now been lodged 25 days after the incident. The complainant's son said that the family was in mourning after the incident. He had also gone to Haridwara for the rituals after completing the rituals. So the complaint was delayed. No complaints about viral videos
On December 15, the deceased made a 7-minute and 44-second video of a moving car. Some people said they were going to commit suicide because they were financially harassed. He then died after his car was hit by a truck parked in front of him. So there were suspicions that the incident could have been a suicide. However, talking to PI AG Parmar of Paddar police station, he said that no complaint has been lodged by the family of the deceased regarding the viral video. The police have registered a case against the truck driver and are taking action.
