News18, Ahmed Khan said, 'Sanju Baba liked the script very much and he really wanted to be a part of the film. He had many friends in the film, such as Jaggu Dada (Jackie Shroff), Akshay Kumar. They were very excited. We had also shot some part of the film with him, but he had a problem with dates. He had to go to the US. He went there for his treatment and I couldn't change the dates of so many actors."

Sanjay Dutt helped the makers
Sanjay Dutt not only got out of the film, but he also helped the makers. Talking about this, Ahmed Khan said, "He very nicely called Suniel Shetty and asked him to play the character that he had to play and requested Jackie Shroff to play the role that Suniel Shetty had to play initially. He found a solution to his absence. We will always be grateful to Baba for this."
