Anand Cyber Crime arrests three accused from Khambhat for making obscene remarks and threats on Instagram

Anand Cyber Crime police have arrested three accused for misusing social media to harm people's reputation and threaten. The operation was carried out from Khambhat. According to the police, the complainant lodged a complaint with the Anand Cyber Crime Police. Some of the men used different Instagram IDs to make lewd comments against the complainant and Sahed. The accused had made videos viral on social media with the intention of defaming him and also threatened to kill him. In this case, the cyber crime police station has been booked under various sections of the Indian Judicial Code as well as the IT department. A case was registered under Section 67 of the Act. Police inspector C.P. The investigation was carried out under the guidance of Choudhary. During the investigation, the police have nabbed three accused. The arrested accused have been identified as Kanjibhai Jivabhai Bharwad (R/o Pahadari Road, Khambhat), Akshay alias Lallo Naginbhai Chunara (R/o Shakarpur Padharia, Khambhat, G. Anand) and Rajdeepbhai Jayrajbhai Joshi (R/o Metpur Road, House No. 14, Shakti Park Society, Khambhat, G. Anand). The police investigation also revealed that the three accused were earlier booked under Sections 109, 115 (2), 351 (3), 352, 54 of the Indian Judicial Code and Section 135 of the GP Act at Khambhat city police station.
