RCB cricketer Yash Dayal was accused of physical abuse by a young woman from Indirapuram police station area of Ghaziabad. According to the allegation, Yash Dayal has abused the girl financially, mentally and physically on the pretext of marriage. Yash Dayal on A case has been registered under Section 69 of the BNS.
The victim had alleged in her complaint that she was in a relationship with Yash Dayal for the last five years. It was told in the complaint that Yash Dayal used to physically and mentally torture her. The victim also alleged that Yash Dayal was in a relationship with several other girls besides her. The police have registered a case and are investigating the matter.
For your information, let you know that the victim woman had given evidence of WhatsApp chats, video calls and photos of her relationship with Yash Dayal to the police. The victim has demanded strict action. Yash Dayal's father said he did not know the girl. Why this girl has made these allegations is beyond comprehension.
