Vadodara: A goldsmith in Alkapuri area has been accused of buying silver worth Rs 17.83 lakh in a span of six days by a businessman from Ahmedabad through his cousin.
Kalpesh Jhinjhuwadia, who trades silver in the name of Alankar Art in Dwarkesh Complex, told the police that on December 16, Darshan Sureshbhai Vora , a textile trader from Ahmedabad, along with his cousin Hiren Patadiya, had come to his shop to collect silver.
