The team examined the CCTV footage installed on the road to identify the bus and track its route. The police arrested driver Kuldeep and conductor Sandeep from a bus parking lot in Timarpur. Due to this, people passing by outside could not see inside. 14 years ago, the Nirbhaya case took place in Delhi, there was a gang rape in a moving bus. On the night of December 16, 2012, a 23-year-old girl was gang-raped in a moving bus in Delhi. A rod was put in her private part. Due to serious injuries, the girl was referred to Singapore, where she died in a hospital on December 29. There were protests all over the country, including Delhi, in this case. In the media, it was named the Nirbhaya case. Six people were made accused in this case. One of the accused was a minor, one of the accused committed suicide in jail. The four convicts — Mukesh Singh, Pawan Gupta, Vinay Sharma and Akshay Kumar Singh — were sentenced to death. All four were hanged on March 20, 2020 in Delhi's Tihar Jail.
