On 20th February 2022 early morning at 2.00am suddenly fire started near Khanderao Market Char Rasta, Palace Road, Sultanpura, Vadodara. The Gujarat government notification published on 22nd January 2021 to amend the Gujarat Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Rules, 2014. The basic requirement for any building to have the complete fire protection arrangements and the means of access/escape route. The fire increased due to lack of fire safety arrangement. It is very good luck of Vadodara because the incident happened early morning at 2.00am
