An Independent candidate had a discussion with ECI representative appointed by the ECI team for 20- Vadodara Parliament Constituency on 19th April 2024 at around 11.15am (please check the CCTV for verification purpose). I communicated my concerns to him and sent an email on April 20th, 2024, but I haven't received any acknowledgement or response yet.
The major issue is when discussion happened in the Collector office, Vadodara and only ECI Vadodara staff was present, how come the information shared with the ECI observer disclosed to the national political parties? Is it possible to get the detail mobile bill of each member present in the collector’s office on 19th April 2024 to prove that the team working for the ECI is not following the ECI guidelines.
