At a time when there are often complaints of applicants not getting proper response or good treatment in government offices, Surat RTO has taken a positive and commendable step. A special seminar on 'Public Behaviour and Civic Decorum' was organized for the clerical and technical staff of the office on 3rd October. In this seminar held at 5 pm, special training was imparted to the employees by National Trainer Shyam Jain. The main objective of this seminar was to develop awareness and practical understanding of good public behaviour, effective communication with citizens, positive attitude and citizen-friendly service among the employees working in the government office. In the program, trainer Shyam Jain conducted various interactive activities with the employees and provided insights by giving practical examples of everyday life. In addition, guidance was given on how to have effective communication, how to behave positively with the public, importance of teamwork, and personal development. The program emphasized on the need for RTO personnel to treat applicants respectfully and positively in every situation, develop good communication skills and prioritize citizen-friendly service in their daily operations. Such an event is expected to bring ease of working and a good reception to the applicants coming to Surat RTO in the days to come.
