1300 police personnel deployed in Vadodara city to protest traffic jams ahead of India-New Zealand match

Vadodara: The police have prepared an action plan with the help of various agencies in the wake of the fear of traffic jams on the highway following the cricket match between India and New Zealand.

During the practice of the cricket match yesterday, an action plan has been made by the police commissioner in coordination with the district police to prevent such a situation from arising during tomorrow's match after a five-kilometre traffic jam on Halol Road due to police rehearsals.

Meanwhile, on the Ahmedabad-Surat highway, the pressure has been cleared at every intersection around Vadodara to avoid obstructing traffic.
