Such a security flaw has been found in these old versions, due to which the device of any person or company can be targeted. According to CERT-In, the risk level of this flaw is medium and can be used to tamper with the data. Once targeted, the affected device will stop working and apps will continue to crash frequently. According to the warning, the flaw was caused by an out-of-bounds rights issue.

The full impact of this security flaw is visible on the older version. That is, there is more danger for users running their devices on the old version. To avoid any such danger, first update the operating system. It is generally advisable to keep your devices updated to avoid any hacking or cyber threats.
